4) Deliver a solution that’s easy to setup and use

5) Monitor adoption with easy-to-follow videos

6) Use QR codes at the brewing station so reordering is swift and easy, maintaining JIT (just in time) inventory of the product the team is consuming (no rigid subscriptions here)
